Because of the L-shape plan of the house it is divided into two wings. One wing contains an open kitchen and a living room separated by a large fireplace. The lack of interior walls makes for a great sense of space and a lot of space for socializing. The other wing has four bedrooms, two shared bathrooms and a boiler room.
This villa is situated on a plot near the Fågelbro golf course. Its location being somewhat exposed to nearby roads an L-shape was chosen, with a guest house and the main building surrounding a court yard.
